You have to wait 60 days after the 1st of the month after you’ve been hired for health benefits, You only receive the major holidays off, 401K is offered after 1 year of employment, you aren’t eligible for PTO until after 90 days.

ha, ha, ha, what benefits? Every year they've taken more and more company benefits away rather than recognize the hard work the staff put in every day.
Very high deductibles, very high copays, company does not contribute to 401K (although employee handbook says that they do).
