It's fine - not unusually good or bad. Licensure test fees should be paid for though, in addition to time off for tests (which is offered).
Compensation is well below same position at other firms in the area and they expect employees to work over time unpaid to meet budget for completing projects. Rockwell groups profit from project fees are set higher to cover owners high salary, leaving less money to pay employees who actually do ALL the heavy lifting. Ownership shows little or no interest in the actual design work until he has to grand stand in front of the client knowing no details of the actual work being presented.
Health insurance changed yearly which made it difficult to keep same doctor unless you went out of network . Holiday days were frowned upon when requested.
401k match was generous but vacation and sick leave was not.
