Insurance was fairly affordable.
Plans Can be expensive or cheap depending on what you want.
I figured up my average for 6 months now that's working 70 hours a week roughly for 6 months $9/hr 70 hours a week roughly for 6 months for roughly 15k and I drove almost 50k miles on hub reading so about .30 cents per mile is what I made! The sweet app I had though said I was making like .42 cents per mile. You'd make more at Mcd's than here!
Roehl keeps up with the times and has been updating insurance opportunities .
They have health insurance benefits for you and your family ,disability, and 401k so that you can make sure that your future is secure down the road
They have a 6 YEAR VESTING. You might as well forget company match. The benefits are less than industry average.
The insurance is ok. PTO is about the same as other trucking companies but less than companies that operate in other sectors. Their version of 401k match is a yearly profit sharing between 2.7 and 4.7 percent of your annual salary deposited into your retirement account. You are vested "get to keep" 20% per year, getting 100% of all profit sharing after 5 years.
Overall great benefits. Takes a bit to save up PTO when starting
They are too expensive for what little is offered.
Way to expensive for what you get. Getting hit for almost 200 a week with family benefits (wife, 2 kids) puts a dent in your paycheck. High deductibles!
