The insurance is ok. PTO is about the same as other trucking companies but less than companies that operate in other sectors. Their version of 401k match is a yearly profit sharing between 2.7 and 4.7 percent of your annual salary deposited into your retirement account. You are vested "get to keep" 20% per year, getting 100% of all profit sharing after 5 years.
Overall great benefits. Takes a bit to save up PTO when starting
They are too expensive for what little is offered.
They have an amazing benefits package vision heath dental I can’t find a better deal anywhere else. And I would have to say the worst thing about the benefits packages for the gold plan it cost you roughly $200 a week but it’s well worth it
Way to expensive for what you get. Getting hit for almost 200 a week with family benefits (wife, 2 kids) puts a dent in your paycheck. High deductibles!
It's ridiculously expensive for what you're getting. As with everything else with this company, they give you big promises and you are left with a very small paycheck.
They also have a very good benefits program with health life and even accidental insurance the benefits package was very good for them they also had free showers for the rest of 2017 at loves
BCBS insurance, although your never home to use it so don't know how useful it is
Flexible schedule upon manager discretion. OK PTO. Some professional development available. No 401k match but profit share may be available. 2 levels of health coverage available, but expensive.
Benefits are hard to talk about insurance wise. I haven't had any other insurance in ten years to compare to. 401K is good, operated by Wells Fargo. Vacation is decent. At 8 years you get three weeks but if you want four, you either bank it or wait until either 18 or 20 years. Makes no sense. Holiday pay is awful. Granted they don't need to offer it but at $60/day, it sucks. Detention pay has many hoops to jump through for a lousy $10/hour.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
