I am mostly satisfied with the benefit package offered by the University. As part of the admin staff, our co-pays have increased for certain specialties making it difficult to do more than routine care.
The matching program for 401k is a great benefit. 5% contribution by the employee results in an 8% contribution by the University.
There are non for part time employees
Great vacation and sick time, plenty of sick time, and they match your retirement.

Tuition Remission/Exchange program is a major benefit and the reason many people choose to work/remain there. Other benefits are comparable to other full-time positions elsewhere.
