I've worked at many companies, but Roll had the best benefit package anywhere.
I didnt receive benefits package given that I was a temporary employee. As an alternative, I had exclusive insight on new promotions through 7up and Roll Global products including sampling products. The job did not consist of a health insurance plan nor 401K unless you were a full time employee of the company. There were certain perks if you conducted an up-sale with a client and establish end-cap and various marketing promotions.
Great wellness benefits. Excellent cafeteria
The best was the Roll Giving money. You had $1,000 to spend on the charity or charities of your choice. They also did 1:1 matching of donations. It was really great to feel committed to philanthropy and similar efforts.
Generous vacation time given. Employee discounts are great because the products are top notch.
401k match is vested upon employment and not like most companies where you have to be there a certain amount of years. Generous vacation and personal days off as well,
Vacation - 3 weeks + 4 PTO days + 7 holidays + 10 sick days
I didn't work here full time so I don't know.
Great health insurance, matching 401K
I liked that they gave all of their full-time employees a grant of $1,000 per year to give to their favorite local charity.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
