    Salaries were competitive with most companies. $150 a month to use at any of the Macaroni grill locations was nice.

    The reason why i'm disatisfied with the benefits package is because there isn't many things offered. There is an employee discount but it doesn't include alcoholic beverages. There is also on the job training, but it isn't really extensive.

    For the full-time employees they would get a bottle of wine each year. For milestone anniversaries they would be awarded special bottles of wine and eventually trips. I was a part-time employee so I did not receive any benefits such as health, 401K, etc..

    No health insurance provided rip off. No 401k even for people that had been with couple for 5 or more years. Too many different opinions.Managers always looked upset.

    they do not offer any other benefits than a very expensive health insurance.
