No benefits are offered at this company unless you are management. Most employees are college students so this really isn't an issue.

Tips for bussing tables, most major holidays were days off either because we were closed or there wasn't much business.
Time off is provided within reason when requested far enough in advance. Management works very hard to assure that reasonable requests are honored.
