the benefits package was pretty great. It included paid vacation, health insurance, 401k, and life insurance. Also had a employee help fund for anyone who needed extra help to cover unexpected expenses.

It has been several years so I don't remember much about their benefits package. I do miss the staff and food. Management was ok.

no 401k match, benefits are very expensive, and not very good. HRA plans are really only good if you go with out getting sick the whole year. If you have any unexpected medical issues it will eat up your HRA quickly. You are charged full price. Break an arm, HRA is wiped out. You will end up spending your out of pocket maximum if you have a large family.

I didn't have access to the benefits package. However, we were given a 50% off employee discount on some menu items, generally the least expensive pasta plates.
