    This is great coverage!! Birth mothers receive 6 to 8 weeks paid through the Salary Continuation benefit and then an additional 4 weeks for paid parental leave. Primary caregivers of an adopted child receive 10 weeks paid and birth fathers receive 2 weeks paid and $500!
