It's okay, but nothing great
The benefits are a great perk of working here. 3 weeks of vacation and full insurance coverage from day 1 are nice things to have. A generous 401k match and a new profit sharing program are also very nice. The health insurance could be better, but there are multiple options to choose from.

Compared to other similar companies, R&B's benefit package is great! -Very inexpensive monthly medial coverage costs, preventative care is 100% covered and we can use virtuwell free 3 times a year. -$1250 deductible and R&B provides $600 to each employee toward that cost and prescription drug coverage is amazing! I went from paying over $400 a month for a name brand prescription to $50 a month with R&B with generics ranging from $2-$8 a month. -You have a huge range of clinic/hospital/doctor choices with no referrals needed. -They 401K match and provide an additional bonus if we hit profit goals. They make is so easy to save 15% of your salary each year, which is the recommended rate, at my previous workplace (with no match!)
