    I didn't use the healthcare due to having better benefits from my spouse, but the 401k had a match and I was satisfied.

    Pretty good benefits but they don’t start until 3 months after starting. You also will have to use roper labs and not labcorp which isn’t a huge deal. 20 for primary dr, 60 for specialist and they take care of life insurance. For a family plus dental and vision it can get pricy but it’s pretty good coverage. I think for my whole family we pay about 350 ish per paycheck. (Every 2 weeks) Pto is used for holiday’s here which is something I hadn’t experienced anywhere else so it seems to get used up faster.

    At first, the payroll may seem underwhelming. However having grown with the company for the past few years, my pay has increased with both yearly raises and a recent market adjustment. I am content with my overall compensation package. Other benefits such as retirement and PTO are good, and health insurance rates for a single (no family / dependents) is better than most. I believe, however, married or family rates are substantially higher and rumors are they may not be the most competitive in the market.

    bland bland oh so very bland. You better hope your spouse has better benefits. The 401k match is 50% of the first 5%.

    The best thing about my current position is the ability to get overtime pretty much anytime I need or want it. In addition to base pay, there are three different shift differentials (evening, night, weekend). So if I work Saturday night then I make (base + evening + weekend) for the first half of the night. It all adds up nicely.

    Worst: high cost of health insurance, high deducts & OOP, Lose sick time and PTO time once exceed certain max levels & not reimbursed as used to be. Best: Wonderful childcare center & offer Bright Horizons for back up for children or adult family members so you don't have to miss work.

    Leadership has greatly reduced benefits. Healthcare premiums are significant along with out of pocket max. Sick leave is not offered until two vacation days are used first. Overall the benefits package is standard, but not generous.
