Great pension program for attorneys and staff based on tenure, 401k match could be better but I appreciate that they contribute at all, fair amount of vacation/paid time off .
Great benefits. Pension plan in addition to company-funded 401K for management level which is almost unheard of these days. As is the case for other employers, I think R&G will need to explore senior adult care assistance to be competitive on that front over the next 5 years due to the responsibilities this places on employees who are care providers.

For most attorney positions, the firm makes an annual investment in its own investment program, with profits paid to the employee. Investments take a few years to mature, but this grows into $2-5k per year in distributions over time.
Generous time off and holidays. Benefits over all are great and increases for insurance are minimal. Other perks are pretty standard.
Strong policies for associates, vis a vis the competition. It's not always easy to actually use vacation time, but that is par for the course.
