    Health insurance is ok, 401k is good!, dental/vision is great!!! The heath insurance for family or spouse is super expensive!!!!!!! That’s the worst!!!

    Low rate of PTO accrual, non can be utilized till after 90 days of service, then always told - "it's just too busy". Poor and expensive Medical.

    The benefits package has improved for 2017; the cost of employee health insurance went down without sacrificing quality and the 401K match went up. I love the auto-enroll for 401K!

    I have seen lots of benefits packages with many companies in Austin due to my last position and in comparison to other companies this benefits package is awesome. 100% match on the 401k, 70% or 80% coverage on the medical depending on the package you choose, solid PTO and many other benefits like LTD, STD, Voluntary Life, etc.

    Best: Comprehensive benefits that include various options for your situation. I don't mind paying a premium to be able to see whichtever doctor I like without referral. Worst: PTO Policy-15 days off for 3- 5 years of employment is not competitive enough. This policy should start with 2 weeks and grow a week after each year of service. A person just starting and a person at 4 years should not have the same PTO amount as loyalty and dedication to the workplace has been demonstrated.

    No Maternity leave. You have to pay for an additional insurance plan for "extended leave". Not industry standard and shows a true lack of care for your people. Expensive benefits that cover the bare minimum. Seem to offer coverage at first of month after your start date to attempt to keep people.
