Excellent heath care coverage!!! ESOP opportunities are great - however the way they are distributed is somewhat unfair. In the Bay Area the cost of living is high - so salaries are high. Arizona has a low cost of living - lower salaries. So a less skilled, less vital employee in the Bay Area, can retire with a great ownership position than a key individual in a lower cost of living area. 401K - $2k matching contribution is falling behind industry standards.
