Great benefits package. Starts the first of the month following your start date.
Great Benefits for the overall full timers
ESOP is impressive if you plan to stay at the company for at least 6 years. The tuition reimbursement is very minimal. That is the only downside of their benefits.
Company has a great work environment.
There is 401K along with ROTH, company stocks, and about 20 days off a year.
Great benefits, easy to move up

ESOP is the best benefit.
Employee stock ownership program is robust and will be a nice nest egg that I can count on in the future.
