Health insurance is pretty standard--certainly not amazing. 401k match up to 4%.
As a part time studio coach the only benefit Rosetta Stone offer is a 401k which you can contribute up to 4% of earnings and they will match. Sick pay is dependent upon your state of residence so if your state does not mandate it you won't get it. No health care, no paid time off.
Medical and dental are decent. Offer some good perks like free snacks in the offices, breakfast burritos, etc. Concur is used for business travel, which is just the worst.
Health coverage has gotten somewhat worse/more expensive over the years but is still quite good. 401k match is decent (4% @ 100%), unlimited PTO is great and not a trap.
Rosetta Stone has great benefits, 401k matching, vacation, good time-off, health benefits,.Product benefits,
Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paternity leave.
The unlimited vacation time is awesome, and managers really support actually taking time off.
Best- Vacation and Pay Worst- Stress at work means you need all that vacation! Could be more continuity to work from home.
Great benefits, that are available almost immediately for the first part. They match 401k. The health insurance is okay at times, but better to have some than having nothing at all.
stock options aren't as lucrative given the state of the business and the major decline of the stock price. rest is commiserate with others in the area.
