Great benefits - medical, dental, life insurance, disability, free meals, free parking, uniforms provided and laundered, comp nights at properties and food and beverage discount, PTO, 401k, tuition assistance program and more.
The benefit package is very competitive and the HR Department is amazing in helping the Staff understand what is available to them
Offer health and insurance and 401k and transit assistance. Corporate works hard and has high expectations. Internally the management is lacking. Contradicting of what they do and what they say.
very low salary, lower than industry standard
Low compensation, okay for just starting out but could hurt for those just coming out of college.
401k with no matching offered. full health care covered approximately 50%, and 10 days paid vacation annual that can grow each year your with the company.
Good benefits but it would be nice if you could be into other properties. The process is short term.
Free hotel nights for full time employees, but only 3 nights at a time, requests made only 6 weeks prior and can be denied.
Non-competitive benefits package (PTO, medical, etc.)
health insurance was being increased almost 100% year to year. They'd offer "preferred pricing" if you met certain criteria, but in reality, they were really just charging other people an extra $100/month if they didn't meet requirements (BMI, cholesterol, waist to hip ratio, etc.). Real benefit is free hotel stays, although you can't use them at your property and won't know more than 6 weeks in advance if you're able to use the hotel you've requested which impacts what you pay for flights.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
