    Alot of females work at Ross stores and alot will be hired pregnant and they wil maternity leave for 4- 8 weeks

    The higher up you are and more tenure you have the better the leave. Some people I know are fulltime and still didn't qualify for paid time off.

    I have gone on maternity leave twice while working for Ross, they worked with me pretty well, it would be better if it would be paid though
