Summer fridays are great. Vacation buy is also nice. Great benefits with stock options. All in all a great company but very corporate.

Very good benefits, and you have holiday between Christmas Eve until after New Years. You also get a day off for your birthday and work anniversary each year that you can save and use whenever.

20% year round discount and 40% discount about 20 says a year. Stock purchase plan is the biggest benefit

Best thing is receiving vacation time, the management, and work teams. The worst thing is probably the pay.

Really good discount, 20% yearly 40% three times out the year, they pay you for your birthday, 1 year anniversary and 6 month anniversary (full time). Great accumulation of sick time and paid time off

Over the years as Ross profits grow they cut the health care, stoke shares, and pay raise in the company. The was getting rich and its works was getting little to no money.

Part time doesn't get you good benefits they offer them but I feel it isn't worth the cost

There was no health benefits unless you worked at least 30 hours a week. If you worked over time so much that it added up to over 30 hours, too bad. They avoid giving out health benefits which is why they'll only hire a bunch of part time people. They do gove vacation days and sick days but only after months of working there do they start appearing. Sick leave is available too but only a very little amount of sick days are given.
