Really good Health Insurance - priced around market value, comparable to other company premiums. Vision and Dental were on par for coverage and premium, but plans were very limited.
Good benefits depending on your needs
The company does not offer any benefits unless you are a full time employee. Most of the time, employees are hired as part time and not given the opportunity to work full time unless promoted to management. There are no benefits offered for part time employees except raises maybe every year and an employee discount.
Benefits are good and great for single people.
Rollover vacation time is great. Besides medical, I really love to be able to have dental, vision, and life insurance.
The medical benefits are very good it is Anthem Blue Cross , vision is VSP and has an excellent plan
Double Discount days are a nice perk.
