Great health care plans and stock options. Employee bonuses are above expected.

Company allows employees to partake in double discount days which allows our employee discount to increase from 20% off to 40% off. It’s a great way for workers to get bargains for all of our hard work.

The company itself is garage is far as working there. The hours are low, and even if they werent.. the hours wouldnt be worth the annoyances of actually working there. You barely make enough for gas money by working there. Best thing you can do is use this job to find a better job, then use the employee purchase program to buy up whatever you want you can get like a $1000 (it will come out of your checks) then put in your 2 weeks notice after you find a better job + cash out your sick pay, and enjoy your free items lol ross is probably the worst company I've ever worked for.

Endless potential, but the ADP company that we are paid through is incredibly fraudulent. It took me over 2 months to get paid due to ADPs blunder,.
