I never got the full feel for the benefits available here. I've been a PT employee ever since I got the job. All I can say is that they honor when you ask for time off.

I still haven't received the packet that tells me about the benefits as a full time but I think the benefits are good. I do know we health care, 401k, and paid leave. I think that's good, can't wait to find out what else we receive as full time staff

Although they claim 25 hours is the max amount of hours for part time associates, I am still considered part time, yet I consistently work 30 hours per week with no benefits besides the 20% employee discount.

The benefit packages end up costing more than other employers. They also don't offer the best packages for the amount you are paying.

You only get benefits if your full-time. You can be part time working full-time hours, but you get overlooked it like it's nothing.
