StarStarStarStarStar Current Front End Supervisor in Houston, Texas

Had decent health insurance and a 401k but employees rarely got insurance since doing so would take most of their paycheck.

Only worked there part time and over the summer, however, offered everything I needed as far as benefits.

Work-life balance nearly inexistent. Closing and opening hours are ridiculous.

Insurance plan is very good with several options that will best fit your needs. I was really surprised for fulltime. Not good for part-time.

You will only get benefits if you’re full time. No many positions are full time except front end supervisor and stock lead and mangers of course

After 10 years at work, you will get additional week off.

I work about 39 hours a week but they will not consider me full time since that would have to have benefits.
