Good 401k. Weak on career development
401k match is poor. Health coverage is very good but premiums keep going up while the deductible does as well. Paternity leave does not exist and sick pay policy is very poor but getting better. Relocation package is not industry competitive. Vacation accrual is quick to plateau but the plateau is lower than Industry comparison.
Blue cross,a little bit better than most ,yearly bonus is a joke!$300 -$500 then subtract taxes.theu keep taking away & employees pay more.
No health insurance, no sick or vacation pay. Pros being you can take off long periods of time with no penalty, schedule is the most flexible I’ve ever experienced.
