Has one of the best medical, vision, and dental plans. Vacation days are a little on the lower side but easily manageable.

There is a very poor, and low starting, accrual based PTO policy.
Health insurance is pretty standard high deductible plan. 401k match is around 2-3% of your contribution. No yearly bonus. No yearly salary increase. Tuition reimbursement is available.
The benefits package is great with Roush making a great monthly contribution. The only downside is the relatively low 401K contribution, which is probably around the industry average. So it is not that bad.
Worst thing is you typically have to wait 90 days for benefits to kick in. (Some after a year)
