Covid - 19 Response:
During these challenging times, we’ve been focused on supporting our team. All employees are working remotely, and we’ve increased our wellness and office supplies benefits. In addition to our long standing 24/7 access to physical health experts, we’ve partnered with an industry leader to provide mental health services for all employees.
Health
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and 24/7 access to a team of doctors and mental health experts.
Parental Leave
We offer ten weeks of paid maternity and paternity leave with the option of an additional 5-7 weeks of Short Term Disability
$1000 to Adopt a Dog
You don't have to own a dog to work here. But if you want a dog, we'll give you $1,000 to adopt one. And whenever you need to get away, we’ll help cover the cost of a sitter.
Treats
No one likes running on empty. When our offices are open, we have stocked fridges, coffee, soda, and lots of treats (for humans and dogs).
