Great versatile benefit package for - health, dental, pto and the likes,
12 weeks maternity leave, 3% 401k, cruise discounts, paid time off
Benefits were good overall with fair company contribution
Good people great experience just at interviews
Best thing about Royal Caribbean is senior retirment plan and promotions
Pretty good medical benefits package with the exception of dental which has small in network of local dentists who are always booked several months in advance. Good on campus benefits- on site clinic is super convenient. 12 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave. 2 weeks PTO for years 1-4. 3 weeks at 5 years. Company also recently instated remote work Fridays.
Depending on your role you may get guest privileges such as access to all shows and restaurants as well as a decent amount of time off in port
Easy setup but insurance has high co pay
Awesome benefits package for the officers
