“Employee discount is great. For cruises you only pay taxes and port fees. Once onboard you receive 20% off gift shop, specialty dining, and drink package.”
“standard for south florida, basic coverage and monthly premiums ”
“2 weeks to start, can negotiate 3 weeks ”
Great health insurance, 401k, and cruise perks. New hires are given 2 weeks vacation, once you reach 5 years with the company you're given 3 weeks.
Good medical, dental, and vision coverage. Company 401K with option to purchase company stock. Some cruise benefits but have been reduced over the years.
Great benefits in general, maternity leave is on the lower end
high deductible plans, but the rider coverage from aflac was nice to add on. Overall, standard to the marketplace - not many perks.
Almost all shoreside employees are eligible for an employee stock purchase program that is excellent
Great benefits and perks that really standout
Health insurance was a great plus
Cool benefit was free 3% 401k match Downside was the lack of flexibility to work remotely
Employee cruise benefits and tuition reimbursement are great benefits, vacation days are limited if you only work for the company for a short period of time though. You get only 5 vacation days each year when you work for the company 1- 2 years.
great and super flexible benefits, and great vacation opportunities.
