“Crew is having more than decent discount while purchasing onboard or taking a cruise on vacation time.”
“they give 3 or 4 different coverage options for flexibility and great coverage”
“2 weeks vacation, 3 after 5 years”
Great healthcare options, 401K, paid time off/vacation time is right off the bat when you begin. Such a supportive, and great environment to work in. There is a resource for EVERYTHING!
Great benefits and perks that really standout
Health insurance was a great plus
Cool benefit was free 3% 401k match Downside was the lack of flexibility to work remotely
Employee cruise benefits and tuition reimbursement are great benefits, vacation days are limited if you only work for the company for a short period of time though. You get only 5 vacation days each year when you work for the company 1- 2 years.
great and super flexible benefits, and great vacation opportunities.
less time off than on land, vacation pay is min, but great travel opportunities
Perks were pretty average. Surprisingly few vacation days for a vacation company and also no ability to work from home until the pandemic hit.
Company perks are great, however the health care plans have continuously gone down hill. Prices have continued to go up, while the coverage has minimized. Additionally, the way the company refers to the 401K program is very deceiving there is no "match" but instead they automatically deduct 3% of your salary to contribute.
Worst: Hours, deadlines, and correcting others people work.
