Excellent 401K year end match.
They allow a 401K match that is dependent on how well the company did for the year, 2018 was estimated to be 20%.
I havent used the insurance yet but I hear the deductible is extremely high and there arent many plan choices. being female I believe there is no maternity leave. We do get a lifetime gym membership though.
401K Match is great. Free Life and disability insurance. Very affordable medical, dental, and vision.
It's incredibly comprehensive, but is lacking in two areas: No Paternity leave at all, and the health care plan is a $3k deductible with a $6k annual max for $130/month
Bare minimum. It is high deductible plan only. You pay more if you smoke. You can get a discount if you get a yearly physical. Everything besides your physical is out of pocket so essentially if you are a healthy person you just pay a bi-weekly premium just to pay more money if you happen to get strep throat or something. Maternity Leave but not paternity. So if you are same sex couple and didn't give birth not time off for you. No time off for new fathers at all. PTO is use it or lose it but you have to hit your monthly goals no matter what making it hard to take a vacation for fear of not meeting the goals and then losing bonuses and potentially seeing your salary tank for the next quarter. Paid Holidays but you have to work on holidays and you will get a different day off during the week or just have a different shorter day. You can only work 40 hours per week but the preference is you find a way to work 6 days a week.
Health is still a little high for family but manageable.
I love the benefits package full health insurance, vision, dental and a health savings account along with the fact that they match 401k contribution up to 20%
Bad insurance that you are told is great by a bunch of management that doesn’t have it themselves.
Worst thing: Getting hired Best thing: Leaving
