Great healthcare, company perks. Downfall was no 401k match at time there.
Free lunch and large selection of snacks and drinks
Absolutely top of the line benefits. - Unlimited vacation time - Work from home - Amazing health dental life and pet! - company stock options - Many others! My personal favorite, DAILY catered lunches with amazing selection and diversity of meals!
401k just started a few months ago so better than having nothing for the first few years. Health insurance is top notch and contributions are very minimal. Time off is unlimited. A lot of the perks have been cut, but there is still a small cell phone stipend ($50 per month) and catered lunch daily. The lower pay compared to the industry is no longer justified by the perks.
Good health insurance, team building and free lunch
The best thing was the free lunch EVERY DAY. Not having to spend anything for lunch (and if there are leftovers, dinner too) kept a ton of money in my pocket. I miss those days.
standard package with mediacal dental vision 401k etc. everything you would expect. they used a peo when i was there, trinet
Great benefits with very low out-of-pocket cost to employees. Included the basics (medical, vision, dental) as well as extras like 401k matching, pet insurance, ST/LT disability, transit reimbursement, educational reimbursement, gym reimbursement, mobile phone reimbursement, employee stock option purchase plan, etc. Vacation for exempt employees is "discretionary" so you take what you "need". This can be viewed as good or bad, so consider how it fits your lifestyle. Best part: catered lunches everyday (at HQ office) and fully stocked kitchen. This can also be viewed as good or bad, depending on how strict your dietary needs are.
Free lunch and ability to work from home couple of times per week.
unlimited work from home and flexible holiday policy.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
