I wish they had more leave options. I rarely leave but when I do, I have to select from 4-5 options of why I'n leaving. Typically 2/5 times is one of those situations relevant.

When I put in my two weeks notice so that i could focus on important school exams I was offered a leave of absence instead nut I declined because I really did not like working for this company anymore.
Perks are ok but the one thing that is absolutely ridiculous is you need to work there for 5 years to start earning paid vacation if you a shift lead or below
