Very good insurance overall. Low deductibles and nice options
Strong benefits package. Many choices.... HMO, PPI, High deductible. Kaiser.... etc
Great health plans, commuter benefits, paid time off for volunteering, and free food. The only thing they don't have yet is 401k matching, but this is not unusual for a young company and I expect this benefit will be added soon.
No 401k and laughable equity options for new hires.
no set limit on vacation time. Use what you need
Best things is you have free lunches and dinner everyday. Worst thing is they do not match 401k at this moment
great snacks and lunch offering. there was yummy popcorn, avacados, fresh fruit, lots of drinks, cold brew on tap, happy hours, frequent catered meals
Free gym membership, unlimited time off, every meal catered (and you can order each meal with $15 credit, so whatever you personally want). Housing stipend is somewhat low for the area though.
New in 2018 - they have gym membership subsidies! Along with free lunch/dinner every day (dinner served at 6:30, but you can come into work anytime so I usually come in around 10-11 so I can grab both lunch and dinner). Love the caltrain pass (unlimited free rides on caltrain), as well as a great selection of food and snacks. Along with the other standard insurance/401k (though no matching... yet!). Very flexible PTO/Work from home policy, and also they are giving out performance bonuses starting this year as well!
Unlimited time off policy is ACTUALLY flexible - it's super easy to take a few weeks to go to your home country or travel. It's not like the bait + switch where they give you "unlimited PTO" and then expect you to work your ass off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
