I was not eligible for the benefits package because of the type of employment I had through the company. I think that it is competitive with the rest of the construction industry though.
The best thing is the long list of available benefits covering a wide range of options. It's been a very long time since I've had a benefit package. It looked pretty comprehensive to fit a wide array of needs.
Not great. Probably one of the worst benefits packages that I've seen at a construction company. Medical and 401k is subpar. Days off is okay.
Health insurance, worst is paid holidays - only 7 per year and also vacation time gets capped at 120 hours and then hours after that are lost if vacation is not taken
Best prices and options. Nothing bad really.
It is a decent but average plan. I was hoping for more, I guess I could have negotiated more.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
