Flexible vacation paid time off.
When you want to take a vacation you have to stay overtime on the days before and after you leave for your vacation, but they don't pay overtime so basically you are working your "vacation days" into extra hours before and after you leave
Three weeks vacation for pretty much everyone (non negotiable).
2 weeks accrued for OT-eligible workers, 1 month guideline un-tracked vacation for salaried workers who do not receive OT.
NO Vacation policy which is AWESOME!!
