If the scheduling supervisor actually did their job to find you coverage better and in a timely fashion I would have give more stars. Other wise the vacation is comparable to other companies. only con is you have to make sure they pay it in full or they will find ways to cheat you of pay.

Non-negotiable for certain levels of employees.
Rural was fair with the amount of vacation and PTO earned. Once you got about 5 years in, you could take a decent vacation.
