“It is with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and has a FSA account option as well as an HSA account option.”
“The employer match % is pitiful”
“only 2 weeks per year, doesn't increase until 9 years tenure”
Rush has offers some great benefits such as 401k matching, employee stock purchase plan, Heath plans and a few other. The vacation time is definitely lacking though
The benefits offered by this company are marginal considering they more than 6000 employees and are publicly traded.
Good, ok, fair enough, alright
Not a very competitive benefits package: employer 401K match is less than 1%, healthcare plan cost is high, the most vacation you get is 3 weeks after 10 years.
Best part is the flexibility to be PPO with High deductible or not. Either way you get really good benefits for a family of 4
The 401k match is lower than places I've worked previously
401k match is lower than other places I've worked
Expensive medical plan for family
Benefits are basic and not employee centered.
New hires are eligible for benefits after 30 days of employment, which is great. Time off and support for new parents couild improve.
