Not having sick time until you've been there a year means that vacation time had to be used to take care of sick days.

One of the benefits I'm least happy with. People should be able to get more that 2 weeks of paid vacation before hitting 10 years with the company. My husband works for a similar sized company and started with 4 weeks/year. I understand that is generous but if a company takes care of its people the people will take care of the company.

Normal stuff. I year and you get 1 week.
