They care and do not withhold any benefits. You get everything day1. I've never seen such an skill or emphasis on talent acquisition, and I've worked at most of the biggies, start-ups, radio, and agency side. They understand the concept of matching the right person/experience with the correct responsibilities/role; to be maximum successful, with no micro m, and growing the company in the right way, with the correct people, in the right culture. This company will be successful because of it's developed foundation, the respect and chemistry I see among the current employees and the core competencies of the team players they have secured at the time of this writing and are slowly and strategically adding with great purpose. I would consider yourself lucky to get an offer from this group.
The insurance plan is good if you don't have a lot of needs outside of preventative appointments. It's a high deductible plan so things cost a lot of money until you hit the deductible. RSI does give a generous amount to your HSA to help cover it though. The 401K matching is decent, I really wished there was an employee stock purchase plan or stock rewards. They may add this, but it would have been nice to have in place before we went public.
