Epo plan is fantastic and premiums are heavily subsidized for medical residents, otherwise Cigna at a reasonable rate

I didn't need to use their Health Insurance, but it seemed about average.

I guess it's ok. You have to see a Rush doctor otherwise your co-pay is expensive. I have worked for non-profits with better benefits that what Rush offers.

Allegedly Rush covers preventive care. Would think prenatal care would be considered preventative care but when I questioned my $750 bill for routine lab work billed for 1st prenatal check.... insurance said that was because Rush elected for 'pregnancy' to be a diagnosis!!!! Makes sense though why Rush doesn't have mid-wives, they treat even low risk pregnancies as a disease or something they need to medically manage.

With the most expensive coverage, my co-pay at any specialized MD (dermatology, etc) is $40. This includes appointments with Rush doctors.
