There are the standard health, vacation and holiday benefits. HMO options do not include Kaiser, however the other options are good. To work remote, you basically have to be indispensable and willing to leave. Gym reimbursement for a small amount annually. some other perks but nothing too outside the normal for Southern California.
The work day is 7.5 hours and summer Fridays are a great benefit.

Depending on your supervisor, you may or may not be able to take advantage of the agency's vacation time off. Russ Reid is running cheap these days. Some employees go 2 years without getting time off.
