Expensive for how much we are paid
You have to wait 90 days and even with that the provider that they use of some of the highest deductible
To expensive for the out of pocket deductible and copay for doctor's office, and prescription copay.
Very high employee out-of-pocket costs, no FSA or health incentive breaks. Dental and Vision are both add-ons. Even the Life Insurance is not a good deal. You can match or beat the company's health insurance on your own or with a credit union or other group discount.
