    16 weeks paid leave is really great!

    Haven't had to use it but the company pays for 4 months leave for mom!!!! I think Dads get a few weeks but I'm not sure.

    If RRA wants to be a leading company in this area (I think it does): Adoptive leave policy basically says a mother should be primary caretaker - giving them more time off than an adoptive father - this is sexist Very limited paternity leave Maternity leave should be more flexible throughout first year
