“They never work employees enough to gain full health benefits. You could suddenly loose these benefits if the MOD decides that they are upset with you and dont want to schedule you as much one week.”
- Maternity & Paternity Leave(5 comments)
“Maternity leave is paid at half of your base salary, but there is a 10 day period from the time of birth until you actually start receiving anything. Sales managers receive half of their commissions for parties they booked prior to leave, and half of the commission for parties booked by another manager upon their return. Nothing is paid for parties booked and held while on leave. In addition to the 6 weeks, men and women may take an additional 12 weeks of unpaid leave through FMLA. Failure to return after this point can result in termination. FMLA may also be taken in non consecutive days or weeks through the first year after birth, however, 30 day written notice is needed. ”
401k with some matching, vacation after a year, dental, health. might be getting upgraded with the Darden purchase
Dental, Vision, health insurance isnt bad. There is a 401k option. Employee discount is great at 50% off.
They offered great benefits and 401k.
The is a small match
Great Benefits, great PTO, flexibility
Only needed 30 hrs to be considered full time and get benefits
we get 50% off the food there so it’s pretty chill
Worst: IMPOSSIBLE to work with on schedualing for external circumstances
Well I would really like to get back to work no on benefits
