Need to change Health Insurance as United is difficult to deal with. Also would be nice to have a Roth 401k.

Benefits are average at best, and overpriced. Deductibles are absurdly high

Vacation for office employees begins earning immediately. However, drivers do not begin earning vacation until after 1 year anniversary. Great vision and dental insurance. Good health insurance compared to other companies. Good 401k.
