the time off leave is pretty good and easy to do and get off usually.
Starting out 10 vacation, 5 sick, and 2 floating holidays
For non-union locations, vacation can be used before it is accrued. Vacation must be paid back upon termination if used more than accrued at date of termination.
There is none the 1st year
Average time off for plan for industry
2 weeks until 5 years you get 3 weeks. Always have 2 floating days.
Benefits are average, I didn't take the time to explore all of them
As long as you plan at least 2 weeks out you will have no problems getting time off.
Cannot be carried over to the next year
They don't negotiate extra time off for newhires.
