After 90 days of employment they pay 100% tuition if elated to your job. They also do military pay differential if called to perform military duty. I also like the bottomless free coffee.
Company perks - very little: No free coffee, no refrigerator, not even hot water to make your own coffee. Health insurance - excellent: They cover 90%, deductible ~$300, BCBS. 401k - standard. Days off - paltry: For the first 10 years you get two weeks plus one week in Christmas, no matter how experienced or qualified you are.

Health insurance plan is exceptional, with some plans having nearly 0 out of pocket expenses. There is a winter holiday shutdown giving everyone 9-10 continuous days off.
