Company has done yearly additional contribution to 401k in the time I've been here. 10 paid holidays off plus high PTO balance that can accrue.
Company matched 401k was definitely a plus. 15 paid days off in addition to Federal/Bank Holidays gave the ability to plan for doctors appointments etc.
