The benefits at this company are great. We get 15 days pto 5 days sick time 3% matching 401k and great insurance options.
Benefits are far too costly in comparison to the small wages. Health Insurance coverage is lousy and the co-payments are way too expensive. There are probably better options available for upper management, but at the employee level benefits are in need of improvement.
Due to our small size, the options are minimal and somewhat high compared to other companies I have worked for.
PTO and sick days are offered. But you are penalized for calling out sick.
