Used to have pension plan
solid package, good health care
The company benefits package is fairly balanced. New employees are not able to participate in the pension program, but have increased match in 401k plan. There are options for basic or premium vision and dental. Our medical providers typically comment that for those two programs it is some of the better coverage they see. There are onsite wellness/fitness programs and the cafeteria has a focus on healthy choice options. The medical and education programs are also decent, although not what they were 10 yrs ago. That said I am sure this comment can be made of almost all companies.
going up in price and they're eliminating the pension
Great benefits and very good work life balance.
Company has both a 401k and a Pension Program in place for employees. Great package that is not available much in the market today.
Lots of resources for health issues/coverage, and retirement/investment. There are quarterly gatherings which are fun & offer a good opportunity to meet others working there. There could be more vacation days.
Best: 401k, pension, gym, cafe, AIP Worst: website access to benefits
New employee benefits have changed versus current employees but benefits are great!
Vacation is not so good, tuition reimbursement is the best
