Average health insurance benefit, may be lower than competitors in the market

StarStarStarStarStar Current Sr Principal Cloud Engineer in Tampa, Florida

Best: They have it and it's not horrible Worst: It's expensive ($1k a month for employee + family) and the coverage is average

High premiums. High deductible. Out of pocket expenses are very high. Good thing is that they cover adults arthodontics. Dental plan is very good.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Accountant in Oak Ridge, Tennessee

It was high deductible and high premiums. Worth having, but it used to be better. They did offer family plans, but again, cost a lot more than it used to.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Software Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama

Few options offered. Only high deductible plans, and the provider isn't accepted at a lot of locations. Cost isn't bad though.

very high deductible and only 80% coverage once you meet it.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Senior Systems Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama

Very expensive - Felt like not having insurance at all unless you go to the doctor frequently.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Information Systems Security Manager in McLean, Virginia

High deductible sucks if you have a family

  • Mar 15, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Front End Developer in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Co Pay was higher than other insurances. Max out of pocket was lower though.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Game Developer in Huntsville, Alabama

I have no had to use it yet, but from what I could tell, a single guy could get the lowest insurance and it will barely affect his paycheck.
