Good quality food. Free lunch every day.

the lunches are free as are beverages and fruit snacks. The lunches in the US (San Francisco Bay Area) are "ok". They aren't anything to write home about - but the Mexican Food is quite good.
SAP offers a subsidized lunch, at least in their larger USA offices. Lunches are great offering variety for different ethnic cuisine, local table offerings, and options for vegetarian, vegan, GF, etc.
Free Lunch provided upto a certain amount for anyone working out of an office
