    SAP gives vacation days for all major US holidays and also gives California interns 3 paid sick days. As for other time off, you aren't provided much, but there are flex hours even as an intern.

    Really great. Starting out, you get unlimited sick days, 15 paid vacation days, and 5 personal days. There are also 10 or so freebie days off for holidays. And the US is on the lower side of what they offer. In other regions like the EU, benefits in this regard are even better.
