Unlimited PTO Somewhat-flexible work-from-home policy (engineering/site production seems to have a liberal policy about it while managers of other departments restrict it as much as possible because of the studio manager's position on having little-to-no work from home) Dog friendly office (I don't particularly care for this, but most find it a perk) Snacks/beer/wine onsite Fun social events HMO health plan could be better
Unlimited time off is not so much a perk as much as it is an opportunity for you to be made to work through your vacations.
401k, health insurance included, work from home, maternity and paternity leave free lunch or snacks also included employee assistance program
Best: unlimited vacation, phone and parking paid for Worst: Health insurance is not great, employer does not match 401K
Unlimited paid time off, 401K, commuter benefits, full heath coverage
Unlimited vacation, same for sick time. WFH as-needed. I like the HSA program. Non-matching 401K. Random fun events. Weekly meal. Stock options.
Middle of the road benefits. Not much more to SAY.
The benefit package was great; unlimited vacation, snacks, good health insurance, parking reimbursement, work from home an option, free lunches or breakfast on a weekly basis.
no complaints, very standard for a startup
- No 401k matching - No stock buying option - Health and dental benefits have high deductible (out of pocket costs), so it's like not having any insurance. - HSA to complicated to utilize. - No ergo work environment. - Only unhealthy snacks and rare free lunches. - Minimal commuter costs covered. Difficult to get reimbursed. - Salary lower than most companies in the area/industry. - Non nurturing company culture encouraged by management.
