SCJ contributes 1500 for health care. There is an annual benefit for bio-metric data, HDHP costs 1500, LDHP is free assuming "perfect" health.
Pre Obama was worth the great reputation. Two plans now, high deductible and Federal maximum high deductible. Must follow preauthorization for everything requiring so, must have mri's performed at approved sites. Health assessment (fat check and a finger poke every year for premium allowance) Penalties if you don't follow the rules.
Cost is deceiving - they are not 100% clear
It seemed to be OK - the providers were a bit limited but overall not terrible.
The premiums are high and the deductibles are high. There are three plans offered with different deductibles and premium options.
