You can take 6 months off as a mom, I believe 12 weeks paid and then dads get 6 weeks paid. Hard to rate though because if you do take the 6 months off then it will affect your career upon return. silent punishment. Projects taken away, male counterparts promoted over you, you will be put on mom track, rated lower, etc. So they offer a great benefit but there are repercussions for using it. Managers are not sympathetic to working moms. You will find yourself in a terrible situation. It's not every manager but the majority are not understanding about having a new baby at home. You will need to perform top level, work overtime/after hours. EX: global conference calls etc. HR does not understand situation and has done nothing to improve it. Lots of turn over. Stay away if you are family oriented and especially if you are a working mom.

You have 2 paid weeks off before delivery. You will have more weeks maternity depending on the years of service.
