Employer Summary

In 2016, SCL Health offers three medical plan options. During your Enrollment period, it is up to you to enroll in the plan that best fits your needs and budget. Your options (including their official names) are:
1. Cigna CDHP with HRA (the Choice Fund Open Access Plus Network Plan)
2. Cigna PPO Plan (the Cigna Open Access Plus Network Plan)
3. Kaiser Permanente EPO Plan (for Denver employed associates only)

    This is not the best or worst health insurance plan. There are options, which are appealing, but we still spend a lot of money on co pays and we can only use SCL health - all of our drs that know us are considered out of network.
