Health insurance is pretty good and costs a reasonable rate. Paid vacation is excellent. For most of the years I worked there, I had 5 weeks of paid vacation.
Great insurance plan, vacation/sick time
Health insurance is very affordable, generous time off, trainings offered monthly for licensing credits, good retirement benefits. Only complaint is no paid maternity leave.
Vacation package was the best thing, and if you don't use it all they will reimburse you upon termination
The medical was no better or worse any anybody else. Since I lived in CT, the doctor choices were all from NY.
The company added a wellness charge if you did not submit your bio metrics.
The benefits are great, 24 vacation days 12 sick days life insurance tuition reimbursement health insurance
Worst thing is the health insurance package. There is a very high co-pay.
Benefits package is on par with other agencies
Part time employees who work less than 20 hours per week do not get any benefits other than sick time (which is required by law in NYC). Flexible hours depends on your specific job title/duties. Some jobs have flexibility while others do not. Full time employees get vacation, sick time, pension, & health insurance (that employee pays partially for).
