SDI offers a good variety of benefits, but I believe is only available to full-time employees.
Minimum or no raise at all. Bonus non-existent. Health plans are decent.
they recently changed to United Healthcare from Aetna, compared to both health insurance, I think Aetna was better
Changed to United Health Care..harder to deal with but good enough.
Great affordable benefits, wonderful in this day and age of overpriced independent healthcare. 401K matching is a big big bonus too!
Surprisingly they match 401k contributions 50%, which is is probably the best part of their otherwise pretty normal benefits package.
The health and dental insurance isn't the best, but at least we have it.
The benefits are cheap and you have choices. There are also 401k matching and life insurance. Overall the package I had was better then my current package.
Benefits package seems pretty typical for companies of this size, though I'm not sure how the employee portion of the health insurance costs compare. The old office was shabby and awkward, but the new one is really nice and has an outdoor space with seating, a putting green and a Bocce court.
Health insurance benefits are always being upgraded. Cell phone stipend.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
